I went to the practice before 9am, as I could not get an answer by phone. I was seen that morning, by an experienced locum GP, in whom I could immediately place my trust. Rapid assessment, diagnosis and prescription led to a very satisfied patient.

I always feel like I am important and the care given is excellent.
More people answering the phones or more lines getting through is difficult at times.

Scan was arranged quickly.
But only one young man on desk on arrival who was unavailable for 13 mins.
So queue got longer.
